This document is an investigation I did into the State of Alaska Professional Teaching Practices Code of Ethics (COE).  After reading each statement carefully, I evaluated which portion of the COE could potentially be violated based upon the statement.  

 

So "B4" would refer to section B, point number four, which states,  "In fulfilling obligations to students an educator may not engage in physical abuse of a student or sexual conduct of a student and shall report to the commission knowledge of such an act by an educator."

 

On this quiz, a prime example of how this statute of the COE may be violated is numbers 3 and 16.  Engaging in either of the acts described here could endanger the students, or be construed as sexual harassment, which are unacceptable acts of educators as directed towards students.
